1. Highly Educated:

 

We all assume that movie stars or Industry people are not properly educated or not highly educated. But as everything has exceptions, even this has. He initially wanted to become a software engineer. Venkatesh Daggubati graduated from Loyola College, Chennai and did his MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, USA.

2. Debut as a child artist in Prem Nagar besides ANR:

 

After his MBA, he eventually landed in acting. Since his father was a film director it was easy for him to enter films, he made his film debut as a child artist with BlockBuster Prem Nagar in 1971 opposite Akkineni Nageswara Rao and Vanisree.

3. Venkatesh – Soundarya Combo – 6 Movies:

Venkatesh’s collaboration with popular actress Soundarya registered a dream couple of the 1990s owing to strong storylines, awesome onscreen chemistry and brilliant performance of both the actors. Though their first film Super police was a flop, but then came Pavitra bandham which was a sensational hit. Actors Rana Daggubati, Naga Chaitanya, and Abhiram are Venkatesh's nephews. Rana Daggubati and Abhiram are sons of Venkatesh’s brother Daggubati Suresh Babu. Naga Chaitanya is the son of Venkatesh’s sister Lakshmi (Lakshmi is the 1st wife of Nagarjuna Akkineni and Nagarjuna divorced Lakshmi in 1990).

9. His madness and passion towards cricket :

Venkatesh is a good cricket player and he is one of the captains in CCL tournaments held every year leading over Telugu warriors team. He never left any match being played in Hyderabad as the audience. At the time of world cup, he used to go every city wherever India matches are being held. He is also a close friend of VVS Laxman who acted along with him in vasantham movie.

10. A remake of Ali’s Yamaleela in Bollywood:

Produced under their own banner, Venkatesh remade Ali’s blockbuster Yamaleela in Hindi as Taqdeerwala with Raveena Tandon which recorded a flop at box office sadly
